IMO a few problems here. You say there are 4 E1's, giving you a total of 124 channels. However, you configure sigchan as channel 126?<br>

And then also, there appears to have to be a gap in your CIC numbers. I suggest this config:<br>
cicbeginswith=1<br>
channels=1-31<br>
cicbeginswith=33<br>
channels=32-62<br>
cicbeginswith=65<br>
channels=63-93<br>
cicbeginswith=97<br>
