Hi,<BR>

So, tricky now, /etc/system/system.conf, if I remember correctly, enabling echo cancellation there (mg2) creates a huge load on the system when using chan_ss7, is that not true?.<BR>
If so, how would I go about enabling the hw echo cancelers on box 1 and 2, and software echo on box 3, 4, 5 without breaking the system.<BR>

If you don't have hardware echo cancellers, and you don't define a
software echo canceller in /etc/dahdi/system.conf, then it's completely
logical that asking the channel driver to enable echo cancellation will
result in an error message... there's nothing to enable.
Either ensure all your boards have hardware echo cancellers and they are
not disabled, or enable a software echo canceller.
