First is first,
I am amazed of all the support I have received, so thank you.

Second,
How do I remove the leading 0 and where is it!!,

I am setup as national, and supposedly I cannot and should not be anything else.

They just looked at a protocol analyzer and they said my ANI and DNI were correct.

Here pasted my screens
I've had something similar with a AXE 10 E/// switch. I had to remove the leading 0 when dialing - ie this was a dialing formatting issue.

May not be your case, but who knows !
Firstly - don't take for granted that the message you are played by the switch indicate the correct problem - are the circuits on your E1's opene for outbound calls at the switch?

What I would do is to ask the network how they expeect thee numbr and NAI set. If that is not possible then I fear you have to start testing from one end to another A-Z. I usually end up doing this myself even inside neetworks because it's so slow getting answers from some networks.

Etc - assume you want to call 93452302 - just an example Norwgian number

1. try 93452302 in National
2. try 093452302 in National
Subject: [asterisk-ss7] SS7 Costa Rica

Hi,

I've been trying to setup SS7 completely down here in Costa Rica for a week now and I am thinking I've run out of resources, we are the first interconnect and pretty much have no other way to look out for help.
I have 20 E1s with the operator and while I see Idle channels and I am capable of receiving a call, answering it and processing it, when trying to place an outbound call it is not being able to complete, what we get is a recoding system from the operator saying that the number is incorrect (perhaps the nature-of-address, translation or numbering plan).

I have included my config files for reference.
I've moved forward with the case by fiddling with the globaltitle / ssn setting, as to changing its four fields, but I have no idea of all of the possible values and their effect.
