No, your can't deactive (means MTP2 block) link thru DAHDI/libss7. Telco providers asks this, cause they wanna to check T2 timer expiry and realignment procedures.<BR>

This would be a question a czech telco provider is asking me as part of
MTP Level 2 tests (I guess they expect a certain message sent to their
voice switch if a link whent inactive).
I guess an unload of DAHDI or stop of Asterisk wouldnt do that....
