I have an installation with the latest trunk of dahdi/libss7/asterisk,
no problems like yours, only a bloody echo since dahdi replaces zaptel.<br>
Fyi, it's installed on Centos 5.x, maybe that's a way to go.<br>
I have 3 servers working for now, 2 with a TE110 and one with TE210.<br>

problems resurfaced - ss7linktest doesnt get the SIO or SIOS from the
operator, restarted it again but same problem.. ss7linktest doesnt get

Fedora from start - went step by step but again ran into red alarm
problem....Have repeated it atleast 7 times today - but same
problem...totally going mad..</font></div>
