<div>For ITU,valid slc values are from 0 to 15 as it occupies only 4 MSBs. Same argument is valid for sls also. </div>
<div>A better way of assigning values to sls could be by putting a "for" loop to see number of active links and assigning active link slc value one after other other to sls in round robin fashion.</div>
