Yes, that is my post, but it's from a long time ago and I don't keep the
test setup anymore, but it is simple.
Your system.conf is correct:

dynamic=loc,1:0,31,0
bchan=1-15,17-31
dchan=16
echocanceller=mg2,1-15,17-31

dynamic=loc,1:1,31,0
bchan=32-46,48-62
dchan=47
echocanceller=mg2,32-46,48-62

In chan_dahdi.conf the order of (some) parameters is important, so that
may be the reason for the "Invalid linkset number" message.
You should start with linkset and end with sigchan ... try this:

signalling=ss7
ss7type=itu

ss7_internationalprefix=00
ss7_nationalprefix=0
ss7_subscriberprefix=S
ss7_unknownprefix=U
ss7_networkroutedprefix=O

ss7_called_nai=dynamic
ss7_calling_nai=dynamic

linkset=1
networkindicator=national
group=1
context=From_Span1
pointcode=1
defaultdpc=2
adjpointcode=2
cicbeginswith=1
channel => 1-15
cicbeginswith=17
channel => 17-31
sigchan=16

#include ss7.timers

linkset=2
networkindicator=national
group=2
context=From_Span2
pointcode=2
defaultdpc=1
adjpointcode=1
cicbeginswith=1
channel => 32-46
cicbeginswith=17
channel => 48-62
sigchan=47

#include ss7.timers

the file ss7.timers can be found if you install the config samples and
the timers should be defined for every linkset in order to be used -
that's why it is included twice (you will get a warning about that,
which you may ignore).
