[asterisk-ss7] asterisk + libss7 Pending channels

Hi

Calls terminating from my side and has only one direction. So therre is
very less chance of dual seizure.

I am now using explicit timers using ITU default values from ss7.timer
file. It seems working without any trouble so far. But how this magic
worked?
