[asterisk-ss7] integration kannel to asterisk

You need MAP connectivity to process sms with SS7 signaling.
Kannel  is a SMPP client and can't help in SS7. If want to process SMS
using SMPP, you can call Kannel from Asterisk dial plan or AGI.
