[asterisk-ss7] Libss7 patch for adding Generic Number and Location Number support

Dear all,

We are using the libss7 library along with asterisk for some experimentation. In that we had a need to set the generic number and the location number fields in the ISUP-IAM packets. So I've gone ahead and done those modifications to the libss7-2.0.0 code base.

Attached the patch along with this posr. It is working fine. I'm not sure, whom should I send this patch, so please guide.
