[asterisk-ss7] different ss7_calling_nai for CICs on same E1

Yes, most of those parameters are per CIC.
It should work like this:
 ss7_calling_nai=A
group=1
channel => 1-16
 ss7_calling_nat=B
group=2
channel => 17-31
