[asterisk-ss7] SS7 point code clustering

Hello everybody,

I would like to set up SS7 point code clustering with libSS7 in Asterisk.
As far as i know, some work has already been done for this, can you please
share me
the pointers on how to start this project.
Any other relevant information is also welcome.
