[asterisk-ss7] chan_ss7 test setup

Tach list,

will have to set up a testbed for chan_ss7 usage with two hosts involved
as ss7 endpoints talkig to each other.

My plan is to put them on two VMs so actual TDM cards would not be
involved there. I did once but actually forgot how to use those "fake"
ss7 UDP links in chan_ss7. The only thing i remember one has to
uncomment sth in the code before compiling and provide the ip adresses
of both hosts in ss7.conf in the link section. Bad luck googling so far..

Anyone knows whether this feature still is available in 2.2 and if so,
how to configure this ?
