[asterisk-ss7] ss7 Link reset after 30 seconds

this in my configuration

# E1 PRI SPAN WITH CRC4
[span1]
framing=ccs
encoding=hdb3
crc4

[span2]
framing=ccs
encoding=hdb3
crc4
