[asterisk-ss7] Chan SS7 2.1.0 released

Actually Asterisk 10 T38 support comes from a special 1.8.5 dev branch. So
in theory you could have 1.8 with T38 support, although is only officially
introduced on 1.10.

I haven't been able to test it in either one, yet.
