[asterisk-ss7] Chan SS7 2.1.0 released

Anders,

We faced some caller Id issues on the previous beta version, has this been
addressed on the 2.1 final release?

Should we try it again on our setup? As well I join the question regarding
T38 GW feature on Asterisk 1.10.
