[asterisk-ss7] chan_dahdi CIC hunting

[SHEN Haoyu]

Sorry I did not express myself properly. I use libss7-1.0.2. 
hunting_policy in /etc/asterisk/ss7.conf works with chan_ss7. I didn't 
find any option in chan_dahdi.conf (libss7).
