[asterisk-ss7] Same ANI and DNI while sending IAM

I have changed the use of caller.id to be connected.id, please try subversion
repository version at http://svn.netfors.com/chan_ss7/trunk.
If no issues are reported with this version, I'll make a proper release of it.
