[asterisk-ss7] caller ID

We are connected to a mobile operator via SS7.   We receive calls from the
mobile operator and send to another sip gateway.  

 

Calls from the mobile operator or private calls are being rejected when we
send calls with no caller ID.  

For example calls from Skype and calls from GSM phones that block caller ID
are being rejected.  I was asked to change calling name from asterisk to a
number.

 

Where do I change the calling name from asterisk to a number?
