[asterisk-ss7] Chan_ss7 to SIP , problem with B Hangup

HI

I was fix the problem but using dirty method.

I was add in my incoming context on section dial "g".    (*g*: When the 
called party hangs up, continue to execute commands in the current 
context at the next priority. )
And now B can hangup.


But I think is still a bug.
