[asterisk-ss7] Chan_ss7 with asterisk 1.8 and sangoma cards

Hello List,

Does anybody has managed to set up chan_ss7 with asterisk 1.8 and sangoma wanpipe drivers ?
I have a system with asterisk 1.6 which is working great but I would like to migrate to asterisk 1.8 to take advantage of the new features. So I am wondering if it is straightforward or do I need to be aware of some issues ?
