[asterisk-ss7] Specify T1 in Dial(Dahdi)

Add 

group =0
group =1
group = 2
group = 3

For each T1 line definition in chan_dahdi.conf 
N then access it from dial plan as 

Dial(DAHDI/g0/${EXTEN}
g1, g2, g3 ....
