[asterisk-ss7] app_dial.c:1518 dial_exec_full: Unable to create channel of type 'DAHDI'

I am getting the following error when my server hits 24 to 30 calls.  I have
two T1s (46 ports) available.

 

 

[May 19 19:43:15] WARNING[2649]: app_dial.c:1518 dial_exec_full: Unable to
create channel of type 'DAHDI' (cause 34 - Circuit/channel congestion)
