[asterisk-ss7] dahdi chunk_size chan_ss7

If u are using latest wanpipe with hw echocancel card, wanpipe will turn
on echocancel deafult when you u specify mtp2 dahdi channel. 
Workaround:
turn off after wanpipe starting (example is for 1st E1, 1st channel):

/usr/sbin/wan_ec_client wanpipe1 de 1 sout
/usr/sbin/wan_ec_client wanpipe1 de 1 rout
/usr/sbin/wan_ec_client wanpipe1 disable 1
