[asterisk-ss7] dahdi chunk_size chan_ss7

there is need to change the line 60 of /usr/src/dahdi-linux-2.2.1.1/
drivers/dahdi/wcb4xxp/base.c to DAHDI_DEFAULT_CHUNKSIZE from
DAHDI_CHUNKSIZE.

and same apply to line 2356 of
/usr/src/dahdi-linux-2.2.1.1/drivers/dahdi/wct4xxp/base.c
