[asterisk-ss7] libss7 loop-back possible on the same card?

Greetings,

Is it possible to setup a SS7loop-back test with E1 cross-over cable 
connected between two ports on the same TE410P?

I'm using vanilla asterisk installation from official Digium yum repos 
(Asterisk 1.6.0.21, libss7 1.0.2).
