Im receiving calls from different operators via ss7 E1 links but something
fun have been picked up. Out of 4 operators, we are experiencing a strange
behavior on callerid for which in most cases the caller id presented to
asterisk is the MSC Number (774999992) instead of the subscriber caller id.
