[asterisk-ss7] libss7 choice and installation

Sorry for the delay as i dont get replies in my inbox i visited archives and
come to know that i have answer to my querry.

Well after 1 or 2 days i will have access to server then i will install
libss7 as per suggested and let you know if i face any problem.
