Replying to myself, I finally found the origin of this problem: my  
point code was wrong :-(
I have finally managed to receive a call succesfully over my link !!

There is a last issue: When I am called over this link, the caller  
does not hear any ring tone. I have the following in the logs when I  
receive the sip ring message:

[2010-02-08 03:20:11.331]     -- SIP/officiob-085b46e8 is ringing
l4isup.c: SS7 indicate CIC=1.
l4isup.c: Sending ALERTING call progress for CIC=1 in-band ind=0.

I guess there is something to see with inband indicator... Any idea ?
