[asterisk-ss7] How to integrate SCCP over MTP3

Hi Jan,

According to my survey, OpenSS7 is just a prototype, when you look deeper
there isn't much open source code. I think its good to give you a clue on
implementing it yourself.
If Im making mistake please correct me!
