[asterisk-ss7] USING TIMESLOT OTHER THAN 16 FOR SIGNALLING

Dear all
Im struggling to get the linkset up.. the B-Part has confirmed that the
signaling is indeed on channel number 1 but still is a problem on my
side.. i can see it drop the sccp messages but atleast i should get the
layer 1 and 2 up. any advice
