[asterisk-ss7] SS7_ORIG_CALLED_NUM variable

Yes it's a bug, I pointed it for a half years ago...
In the ss7_start_call() function the diaplan execution started 1st,
after come the variables setup...

If you want try my version from my svn, this bug is fixed there, I have
~20k calls/day.

chan_dahdi is for asterisk 1.6.0.x (I'm using 1.6.0.9 with some patches
