Wanpipe with crc4 enabled is known to cause problem with chan_ss7
signalling no matter what you are trying, so first change the below
setting
FE_FRAME = CRC4
to
FE_FRAME = NCRC4
this will help in finding the actual problem, you might get hints of
the problem in logs.
