[asterisk-ss7] HOWTO Asterisk + LibSS7

Dear Bipin & Amit,

Thanks for replies.

I've got it working as Bipin mentioned, Amit your tutorial is great but when
I tried to installed libSS7 first then asterisk was throwing some dahdi
errors.
