[asterisk-ss7] SS7 with zaptel

Agreed. But the interim code that Digium support sent me was http://svn.digium.com/svn/asterisk/team/sruffell/asterisk-trunk-transcoder , not a DAHDI code . Although this Asterisk code improved the g.723 call quality but the other problems remain.
