Right now, there is not.  It wouldn't be *too* hard to do (maybe a bit 
tricky), although it would probably take a little bit of work to cause a 
debug to trigger based on that information since debug begins 
indiscriminately at the MTP2 level and ripples up to MTP3, and then ISUP.
