[asterisk-ss7] SS7 failover using chan_ss7

Hi all,

i want to make SS7 failover with two asterisk boxes, each 4 port digium 
card.
schannel at First and Fifth E1, time slot 16


Telco --------- Asterisk A (ss7 port 1 (l1) channel 16)
   |
   +----------- Asterisk B (ss7 port 1 (l5) channel 16)


my ss7.conf file

with this configuration result is "reset pending" for all. what's wrong 
with above configuration ?.
if i use only 1 channel (First E1 on timeslot 16) for signaling, all 
channels up and idle.


I'm using chan_ss7 1.3
