IT was on this list:
-chan_ss7 from Dicea does support 'clustering'
-libss7 (native SS7 implementation from Digium) currently does not.
(so it does not support mtd3).
BTW:
solutions like sangoma mtp3d_boost _could_ support clustering, but
unfortunately i couldn't find any reliable partner of Sangoma in my
country to see Sangoma's SS7 solution in practice.
you could do cost-effective implementations with fail-over (not
loadsharing) with hardware from RedFone or simple switch (simple
electrical relay at RJ45 level ) with so-called 'chan_failover',
Even openss7 implementation at this area is 'poor' so currently you
need to stick with Dicea or write your own corrections to libss7
