[asterisk-ss7] Can't compile the latest Asterisk from SVN trunk

Try compiling and installing the libss7 1.0 branch before compiling
Asterisk, download it with:

svn co http://svn.digium.com/svn/libss7/branches/1.0/ libss7-1.0
