FYI,

It's interesting you mention more echo problems with dahdi - I've done a
 very quick OSLEC port to test it functions and it seems (from /proc/oslec)to be working ok, however I get very bad consistent echo regardless of the choice of echo-canceller ...

Same here,
 dahdi make terrible echo...
