[asterisk-ss7] No SLTA received within Q.707 timer T1, faulting link on link

Hi all, 

Now the link doesnt wait for the SLTA, i use the "sltm=>no". but now the second E1 can't get his CICs reset, in fact all Message is discarded as umar  at this.

So when i tried a 'ss7 reset' nothing change ! the first link is always IDLE. But the second link discard the any messages.

I do not really understand your solution in that link UMAR could you explain for me ?
