[asterisk-ss7] ss7Link up but cant receive Call

Hi 

Libss7-trunk,Fedora Core,Asterisk -svn-branch-r143406

My ss7 link comes up well ...when we dial in to the ss7 box we get the following error :

" chan_dahdi.c : Received RLC out and we havent sent REL. Ignoring " 

IF we put debug linkset 1 then we are able to see the DNIS,Caller ID etc..

my chan_dahdi.conf:

 channel => 1-15
 cicbeginswith = 17
channel => 17-31
 sigchan = 16

on extensions.conf :

exten => s,2,Background(transfer)
