[asterisk-ss7] E1/T1 management tool

Hi Everyone

I badly need a tool to restart an E1 independently without having to
restart everything.
I checked Asterisk cli commands but the feature isnt there.
I've searched for days now and still found nothing that can help me.

Is the functionality possible?
