[asterisk-ss7] JIP Question

Reviewing the isup.c code, I see support for the jip_number field.  However, I can not
figure out how to set this parameter.  In addition, I do not see this field in the IAM message.

How do you set this field to a valid value, and will it be included in the IAM.
