[asterisk-ss7] Problem with Libss7 voice ???

Good idea Joseph.  Grant, usually when you don't have voice but the call 
is answered, you have your CICs mapped incorrectly to bearer circuits.

The unhandled parameters shouldn't have any adverse affect on your call 
being able to be heard.
