[asterisk-ss7] libss7 support in latest 1.2.x release

Matthew,

I have tried in past to download through SVN trunk, but it seems that 
the documentation that exists at the moment, doesnt provide the correct 
URL for the SVN trunk.

Also after getting the file, there is no proper howto which can suggest 
a sane AstMaster to configure libss7 with a physical SS7 trunk.

So I would request you if you can send some preliminary document, I 
would take up the task to maintain this howto on from our community 
portal : http://asterisk.pbx.in/
