[asterisk-ss7] how-to present caller id

Hi Markus,

Its highly possible that your Ericsson R10 Switch is playing up with 
caller ID.
As far as i have worked, we always got the ANI from the MSC on Asterisk 
(this is when we connect asterisk into Nokia's MSC)
