you've given an incorrect opc, read the following error log carefully:
[Feb 26 11:55:36] ERROR[16160]: chan_zap.c:8805 zt_ss7_error: [2] Received
message destined for point code 0x2262 but we're 0x300c. Dropping
according to it, your opc should be 0x2262 instead of 0x300c, ...simple
