[asterisk-ss7] libss7 link problems.

Yes, in fact that would probably remove the possibility of confusion of 
which branch to use for now.  Whenever I have time to make the 1.4 
based SS7 branch, I'll probably open it back up again, but for now, I 
think it might better be gone.
