[asterisk-ss7] chan_ss7 0.9

Today I had One-way audio (FROM-TELCO) on chan_ss7 0.9 
Asterisk 1.2.14 - the second time. I have no idea is 
asterisk or chan_ss7 causes the problem, but asterisk 
restart resolved it.
